Bitcoin (BTC) was among those leading the charge as major cryptos continued their recovery. The digital currency has now made it back above the $38,000 mark but is still well short of the $67,000 high it reached in November.
Asset manager Valkyrie has applied to launch its crypto mining exchange-traded fund (ETF) on the NASDAQ.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has advised the government of El Salvador to remove Bitcoin’s status as legal tender in light of recent volatility. The IMF said continued use of the digital currency posed risks to financial stability and consumer protection.
