Altice USA, Inc. is one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States. Altice delivers broadband, pay television, telephony services, Wi-Fi hotspot access, proprietary content and advertising services to residential and business customers through its Optimum and Suddenlink brands. In addition to video-on-demand, high-definition channels, and pay-per-view services, it also provides voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) telephone and mobile services. Moreover, the company offers Ethernet, data transport, IP-based virtual private networks, Internet access and enterprise class traditional multi-line phone service. Further, it provides business e-mail, hosted private branch exchange, Web space storage, and network security monitoring along with audience-based and IP-authenticated cross-screen advertising solutions, television and digital advertising services.
